We typically respond within 48 business hours and aim to resolve concerns quickly. If an issue cannot be resolved, you may file a formal dispute through Stripe.
Non-disputable items include:
Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in service termination.
Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are final once work has begun.
Refunds may be considered if:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to [email protected] and will be processed within 10 business days if approved.
Non-refundable situations include:
Automation Crafters connects and integrates SaaS tools. We are not responsible for third-party platform functionality.
You must provide necessary access and respond to communications promptly. Delays caused by clients do not qualify for refunds.
Payment is due before services are initiated unless otherwise agreed. Non-payment or unjustified chargebacks may result in service suspension.
Custom automations remain our property unless otherwise agreed. You are licensed to use them within your business.
We are not liable for third-party outages, loss of data, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the service.
Either party may terminate service with written notice if the other breaches the Terms and fails to fix it within 7 days.
These policies are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
Automation Crafters provides automation consulting and integration services using third-party SaaS tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any other third-party platforms mentioned. All services are provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes. Use of our services is at your own risk.
